I thought I should introduce myself, I’m Daisy and I’m sixteen years old. I wouldn’t call myself fat but I’m not skinny either. I’m around a size 10/12 UK size and although that’s a relatively healthy size, I’m not completely happy with my body and I’d like to make some changes. I’m a vegetarian but I don’t eat quite as healthily as I should. I’m not wanting to loose a huge amount of weight but I do want to loose my stomach fat and tone up a bit. I’m going to try and achieve this by eating more healthily, cutting out junk food and fizzy drinks and exercising more regularly. I’m going to use this blog to motivate myself to loose weight, by posting pictures and recording my goals and achievements.
